1. Variance to allow a 1,356 SF two story addition to the
home at 2505 Hillside Drive which provides one off-street
parking space rather than two as required (APN 027-192-
220), zoned R-1, by Olinda and David Newsom (applicants and
property owners).
2. Fence Exception to allow a 6'-0" fence in the front setback
area of the lot at 540 Oak Grove Avenue (5'-0" is
permitted) (APN 029-082-010), zoned R-1, by Catherine and
Robert Alviso (applicants and property owners).
3. Master Sign Permit for a program of signs for the Adeline
Market Shopping Center at 1500-1508 Adeline Drive (APN
026-011-030), zoned C-1, by Marmora TerrE!ll (applicant and
property owner).
4. Two Special Permits to allow a hotel in the M-1 District
and to allow the height of the hotel to exceed 35' (128.15'
is proposed) at 1333 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-112-120), by
Hornberger, Worstell + Associates (architect) for Hyatt
Corporation (property owner).

5. Special Permit to allow a 59 SF bathroom to be added to
the existing detached garage at 2112 Hale Drive (APN
027-162-040), zoned R-1, by Constantine and Victoria
Strash (applicants and property owners).
6. Sign Exception to allow more signage at 1352 Broadway than
is permitted by the Sign Code (APN 026-095-170), zoned C-1,
by Jackson Wong (attorney) for Philip Cheung (applicant)
with James and Stella Wu (property owners).
7. Special Permit to construct a 12 unit condominium on the
south corner of Ansel and Oak Grove Avenues which exceeds
35' in height (37'-10" is proposed) (APN 029-100-140/150),
zoned R-3, by Panko/Sinclair Architects for Robert P.
Berryman (applicant and property owner).

8. Condominium Permit to allow a 12 unit condominium on the
south corner of Ansel and Oak Grove Avenues (APN 029-100-
140/150), zoned R-3, by Panko/Sinclair Architects for
Robert P. Berryman (applicant and property owner).
9. Tentative Subdivision Map to construct a 12 unit
condominium on the south corner of Ansel and Oak Grove
Avenues (Portion Lot 14, Block 7, Burlingame Land Co.
No. 2), zoned R-3, by Jay Hammond (engineer) for Robert P.
Berryman (property owner).
