1. Recommendation of EIR-61P to the City Council for the
proposed 800-room Hyatt Regency Hotel at: 1333 Bayshore
Highway, by Environmental Science Associates, Inc.
('consultant) for Hyatt Corp.(applicant and property owner).
2. Variance to allow an addition to an existing home at 2339
Adeline Drive which has been built less than 3' from the
side property line (APN 027-161-080), zoned R-1, by Terene
and Linda Fibich (applicants and property owners).
3. Special Permit to operate a Montessori School in a portion
of the Franklin Elementary School facilities at 2303
Trousdale Drive, zoned R-1, (APN 025-130-050), by Lynette
Muhic and Leslie Kappeler (applicants) with the Burlingame
School District (property owner).
4. Parking Variance to allow the relocation of existing
maintenance facilities from a privately owned building on
the property at 1080 Carolan Avenue to a parking area
beneath one of the apartment buildings on this site, zoned
R-4, (APN 026-231-280), by CNR Associates, Inc. (project
consultant) with Northpark Properties (property owner).
5. Amendment of the July 19, 1983 Special Permit for truck
storage at 1645 Rollins Road to allow that use to continue
on site (APN-025-280-390/400), zoned M-1, by Star
Excavation, Inc. (applicant) with Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc.
(property owner).
6. Special Permit to allow an accupressure massage service
within an existing office building in the C-4 district at
1290 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-110), by Natasha Shih
(applicant) with 1290 Old Bayshore Corp. (property owner).
VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY
7. Special Permits to allow a grocery store at 1508 Adeline
Drive, to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages and to
allow the required, extra parking spaces on site to be
compact -sized (APN 026-011-030), zoned C-1, by Mufid
Shehadeh (applicant) with Marmora Terrell (property owner).
8. Use Determination to alow an audio visual rental service to
operate at 600 Airport Boulevard in the C-4 District (APN
026-363-490), by Harry McCune Sound Service, Inc.
(applicant) with Holiday Inns, Inc. (property owner).
