1. Amendment of the 12/14/81 Sign Exception for signs at 1877 Rollins
Road to allow the increase in the approved size and height of one
ground sign (APN 025-162-010), zoned M-1, by Julie de Kelaita of the
Backalley Deli (applicant) with S. J. Amoroso Properties Co.
( property owner) .
2. Review of the November 27, 1978 Use Permit for Peninsula Sports
Center at 1239 Rollins Road in the M-1 District.
3. General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation on lots
fronting California Drive between Bellevue and Floribunda from high
density residential to service and special sales commercial, by
Pierre Derouineau (applicant).
4. General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation on property
between 777 and 731 Airport Boulevard fran hotel to office use (APN
026-344-120), by David H. Keyston (applicant) with Days Inn of
America Inc. (property owner).
VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY
5. Special Permit to construct a 572 SF garage at 2209 Hale Drive which
exceeds the code standards for maximum area and placement of windows
for an accessory structure (APN 027-165-200), zoned R-1, by John
Underdahl (property owner and applicant).
6. Special Permit to allow classes at 824 Edgehill Drive in the C-2
district (APN 029-022-130), by David and Sharon Cheek (property
owners and applicants) .
7. Parking Variance to allow construction of a 945 SF piano
classroom/studio at 824 Edgehill Drive which provides no off-street
parking (APN 029-022-130), zoned C-2, by David and Sharon Cheek
(property owners and applicants).
8. Special Permit to allow a credit union branch office in an existing
office building in the M-1 district at 840 Hinckley Road (APN
026-310-530), by Amfac Mainland Federal Credit Union (applicant) with
Aerobay Office Center (property owner).

9. Use Determination for the proposed use of the second floor of the
building at 205 Park Road which has been vacant for more than six
months (Code Sec. 25.50.040/25.36.031), by Joseph Karp (applicant)
