1. Special Permit to allow a storage area to be built above
an existing, detached garage at 1229 Drake Avenue which violates
code requirements for the maximum height, plate line and percentage
of storage space allowed for an accessory structure (APN
026-172-090), zoned R-1, by Theodore Werner, Jr. (applicant and
property owner).
2. Condominium Permit to construct a 12 unit, three-story condominium
at 518-524 Primrose Road (APN 029-132-010/250), zoned R-3, by
Diodati Construction (applicant and property owner).
3. Tentative Condominium Map and Tentative and Final Parcel Map for a
12 unit condominium at 518-524 Primrose Road (Lots C & D, Block 5,
Burlingame Land Co.), by Martin M. Ron Associates (surveyor) for
Diodati Construction (proprty owner).
4. Special Permit to allow a car rental and leasing operation in an
existing building at 880 Hinckley Road (APN 026-310-490), zoned M-1,
by John Perroton for Centurion Corporation/Europa Rents (applicant)
with Hanford Freund & Co. (trustee for property owners).
5. Request for extension of the May 17, 1983 Condominium Permit for a
5-unit condominium project at 1105 E1 Camino Real (APN 026-161-130),
zoned R-3, by Sonny Martin (applicant and property owner).
VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY
6. Amendment of the 12/14/81 Sign Exception for signs at 1877 Rollins
Road to allow the increase in the approved size and height of one
ground sign (APN 025-162-010), zoned M-1, by Julie de Kelaita of the
Backalley Deli (applicant) with S. J. Amoroso Properties Co.
(property owner).

7. Proposed General Plan Amendments in order to bring the use
designation for certain areas on the General Plan Map into agreement
with the uses designated on the Zoning Map.

May 21, 1984 regular meeting.
