1. Public hearing to consider Draft EIR-60P for the proposed 559 roan
Legaspi Plaza Hotel at 350 Airport Boulevard, by Environmental
Science Associates, Inc., consultant for Carruf Corporation N.V.
(applicant and property owner).
VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION
2. Special Permit to allow a 998 SF four -car garage which exceeds code
standards for building area at 16 Clarendon Road (APN 029-294-230),
zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Leonard C. Abbott (property owners and

3. Fence Exception to allow construction of a fence at 2616 Easton
Drive along a portion of the rear and side lot lines which exceeds
6' in height (APN 027-193-120), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Stevan
Olian (property owners and applicants).
4. Tentative Parcel Map for the resubdivision of Block 4, Anza Airport
Park Unit No. 7 and a portion of the lands of the City of Burlingame
by Howard G. Hickey (engineer) for Gestec Properties Inc. and the
City of Burlingame (property owners).

5. Special Permit to allow a storage area to be built above an
existing, detached garage at 1229 Drake Avenue which violates code
requirements for the maximum height, plate line and percentage of
storage space allowed for an accessory structure (APN 026-172-090),
zoned R-1, by Theodore Werner, Jr. (applicant and property owner).
6. Condominium Permit to construct a 12 unit, three-story condaainiun
at 518-524 Primrose Road (APN 029-132-010/250), zoned R-3, by
Diodati Construction (applicant and property owner).

7. Tentative Parcel Map for a 12 unit condominium at 518-524 Primrose
Road (Trots C & D, Block 5, Burlingame Iand Co.), by Martin M. Ron

8. Special Permit to allow a car rental and leasing operation in an
existing building at 880 Hinckley Road (APN 026-310-490), zoned M-1,
by John Perroton for Centurion Corporation/Europa Rents (applicant)
with Hanford Freund & Co. (trustee for property owners).
9. Tentative and Final Parcel Map to combine Lots 2 and 3, Block 6,
Anza Airport Park No. 6 and a portion of the lands of the State of
