(property owner). 8. Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending Code Section 22.28 affecting the definition of number of signs. 9. Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending the C-1 Zoning District to prohibit banks and financial institutions on Broadway, Ogden Drive and Marco Polo Way and to prohibit first floor office use on Broadway.
