1. Variance to allow a 180 SF bedroom addition to a home at 223 Victoria
Road which provides only one off-street parking space (two are required);
(APN 029-264-090), zoned R-1, by Carol and Noel Phillips (applicants and
property owners).
2. Two Variances to allow additions to a nonconforming garage and a
nonconforming house on the same lot at 17 Channing Road (APN 029-302-110),
zoned R-1, by Dona L. Triplett (applicant and property owner).
3. Special Permit to allow an afterschool recreational childcare program in
a portion of the existing school facilities at 701 Paloma Avenue (APN 029-
042-120), zoned R-1, by Peninsula Family YMCA (applicant) with Burlingame
Elementary School District (property owner).
4. Special Permit to allow an afterschool recreational childcare program in
a portion of the existing school facilities at 2385 Trousdale Drive (APN
025-130-050), zoned R-1, by Peninsula Family YMCA (applicant) with

5. Sign Exception to allow signs to remain at 1222 Broadway which exceed the

6. Sign Exception to erect a sign at 1333 Bayshore Highway which exceeds the

12. Sign Exception to allow an awning sign at 1109 Burlingame Avenue which
exceeds Sign Code limitations (APN 029-211-010), zoned C-1, by Joan Leong
(applicant) with Dorothy Hoag (property owner).
13. Parking Variance to allow a new 6,570 SF commercial structure at
1199 Broadway with only eight on -site parking spaces 'rather than 17 as
required (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by Garbis Bezdjian (property owner
and applicant).
