Two Variances to allow additions to a nonconforming garage and a nonconforming house on the same lot at 17 Channing Road (APN 029-302-110), zoned R-1, by Dona L. Triplett (applicant and property owner). 3. Special Permit to allow an afterschool recreational childcare program in a portion of the existing school facilities at 701 Paloma Avenue (APN 029- 042-120), zoned R-1, by Peninsula Family YMCA (applicant) with Burlingame Elementary School District (property owner). 4.
