2. Two Variances to allow a 153 SF deck extension at 2837 Las Piedras Drive
which does not comply with lot coverage or rear yard requirements (APN 025-
072-170), zoned R-1, by Theresa Papa (property owner and applicant).
3. Amendment of the 11/9/81 Sign Exception granted to Days Inn at 777 Airport
Boulevard to relocate a wall sign (APN 026-344-110), zoned C-4, by James
Flathmann (architect) for Days Inns of America, Inc. (property owner).
4. Sign Exception to allow an awning sign at 1211 Burlingame Avenue which exceeds
Sign Code limitations (APN 029-204-050), zoned C-1, by Lynae Folks (applicant)
with Joseph Karp (property owner).
5. Special Permit to allow residential use of property in Sub -Area B of the
Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 333 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-151-110),

6. Two Variances to allow an apartment addition to an existing structure at

8. Variance to allow a 3,700 SF savings and loan office at 1174 Broadway
which does not comply with off-street parking requirements (APN 026-093-

9. Final Subdivision Map and Condominium Map for a six unit project at

17. Special Permit to allow a satellite antenna at 1333 Bayshore Highway on
the grounds of the Hyatt Hotel which does not comply with the requirements

18. Amendment of the 10/25/78 Special Permit for a racquetball club at
888 Hinckley Road to allow three courts to be replaced by an indoor pool
