1. Recommendation of EIR-64P for the 321 room Windmark Hotel at
620 Airport Boulevard.
2. Special Permit to allow a 95 SF satellite antenna dish to
remain which has been partially installed at 1215 Vancouver
Avenue (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel
J. Rosenbledt (applicants and property owners) (continued
from November 25, 1985).
3. Special Permit to install a 38 SF (7' diameter) dish antenna
at 1723 Toledo Avenue (APN 025-081-010), zoned R-1, by Home
Satellite Systems (applicant) for Frank and Joan Grant
(property owners).
4. Two Special Permits to allow an accessory structure to be
used as a pool house at 824 Fairfield Road (APN 029-013-
250), zoned R-1, by Patricia Fonde (applicant and property
owner):
A. to allow use of the structure as a pool house.
B. to allow a bathroom in the accessory structure.
5. Condominium Permit for a 19 unit structure at 623 Ansel
Avenue (APN 029-100-140/150), zoned R-3, by Trico Pacific
(applicant and property owner).
6. Tentative and Final Parcel Map and Tentative Condominium Map
for a 19 unit structure at 623 Ansel Avenue (Ptn. Lot 14,
Block 7, Burlingame Land Company Map No. 2), by Hugh Anton
(land surveyor) for Trico Pacific (applicant and property
owner).
VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY
7. Variance to allow a 194-SF storage loft to remain at 341
Primrose Road for which no additional on -site parking is
provided as is required (APN 029-122-140), zoned C-1, by
Vivian Irvine (applicant) with Josef Scigliano (property
owner).
