Special Permit to allow a 95 SF satellite antenna dish to remain which has been partially installed at 1215 Vancouver Avenue (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel J. Rosenbledt (applicants and property owners). 5. Special Permit to allow a 481 SF tobacco shop in a portion of the new commercial building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192- 220), zoned C-1, by Lance McDonald (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property owner). 6. Special Permit to allow the sale of oriental rugs and exclusive antiques in a 1,472 SF portion of the commercial building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by Iraj Shayesteh (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property owner). Condominium Permit for a 19 unit structure at 623 Ansel Avenue (APN 029-100-140/150), zoned R-3, by Trico Pacific (applicant and property owner). 11.
