1. Recommendation of EIR-62P for the Master Plan for the
Wastewater Management Facilities on Airport Boulevard.
2. Public Hearing on Draft EIR-64P for the 321 room Windmark
Hotel at 620 Airport Boulevard.
3. Public Hearing on Draft EIR-65P for a six story retail/
office building at 1800 El Camino Real.
4. Special Permit to allow a 95 SF satellite antenna dish to
remain which has been partially installed at 1215 Vancouver
Avenue (APN 027-340-160), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel
J. Rosenbledt (applicants and property owners).
5. Special Permit to allow a 481 SF tobacco shop in a portion of
the new commercial building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-
220), zoned C-1, by Lance McDonald (applicant) with Garbis
Bezdjian (property owner).
6. Special Permit to allow the sale of oriental rugs and
exclusive antiques in a 1,472 SF portion of the commercial
building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by
Iraj Shayesteh (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property
owner).

7. Special Permit to install a 38 SF (7' diameter) dish antenna

8. Special Permit to install a 50 SF (8' diameter) satellite
dish antenna on a residential site at 808 Edgehill Drive (APN

9. Two Special Permits to allow an accessory structure to be
used as a pool house at 824 Fairfield Road (APN 029-013-
250), zoned R-1, by Patricia Fonde (applicant and property
owner):
A. to allow use of the structure as a pool house.
B. to allow a bathroom in the accessory structure.
10. Condominium Permit for a 19 unit structure at 623 Ansel
Avenue (APN 029-100-140/150), zoned R-3, by Trico Pacific
(applicant and property owner).
11. Tentative Condominium Map for a 19 unit structure at 623
Ansel Avenue (Ptn. Lot 14, Block 7, Burlingame Land Company
