APPROVAL OF AGENDA V. ITEMS FOR ACTION 1. Two Special Permits to allow a 180 SF recreation room addition to the existing garage at 113 Channing Road (APN 029-282-110), zoned R-1, by David E. Higgins (applicant and property owner). 2. Special Permit to allow a courier operation in a portion of the existing office/warehouse building at 837-845 Cowan Road (APN 024-403-420), zoned M-1, by April Porta for TNT Skypak, Inc. (applicant) with Myron Lando (property owner). 3. Special Permit to allow an automobile leasing office in a portion of the existing building at 1608 Gilbreth Road (APN 026-310-590), zoned M-1, by Timothy Laughlin for Southwest Leasing & Rental, Inc. (applicant) with King Cole Homes (property owner). 4. Special Permit to replace an existing gas station with a new self serve/full serve fueling facility at 1101 Broadway (APN 026-191-250), zoned C-1, by Cliff Perry for Robert H. Lee & Associates (applicant) with Chevron USA, Inc. (property owner). VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 5. Two Special Permits to construct a garage/storage structure at 1204 Palm Avenue (APN 029-016-120), zoned R-1, by Hagop and Esther Plavjian (applicants and property owners): a. to allow an ll'-6" plate line (10'-0" maximum allowed) b. to allow eaves to extend into the 4' minimum separation area between structures 6. Variance to construct a garage/storage structure at 1204 Palm Avenue which causes lot coverage to exceed 40% (45.36% proposed) (APN 029-016-120), zoned R-1, by Hagop and Esther Plavjian (applicants and property owners). Amendment of the Master Sign Permit for the gas station at 1000 Broadway to erect a 25 SF wall sign (APN 026-131-170), zoned C-2, by Permit Service (applicant) for Arco Oil (property owner). 8. Sign Exception to allow a second pole sign at 1200 Bayshore Highway which exceeds the Sign Code limits for number and amount of signs (APN 026-142-120), zoned C-4, by Permit Service (applicant) for Mobil Oil (property owner). 9. Special Permit to construct ±965 SF of new office space at 1510 Rollins Road where total office area already exceeds 20% of the gross floor area (APN 025-273-080), zoned M-1, by Gourmet Express (applicant) with Rollins Road Co.
