Special Permit to install an 11' wide satellite dish antenna on top of the house at 1920 Carmelita Avenue (APN 026-182- 250), zoned R-1, by Kurt Martensen for Joseph Karp (applicant and property owner). 3. Special Permit Amendment to construct a 4,040 SF, two story addition to the athletic club at 1730 Rollins Road (APN 025-261-160, and 025-262-280), zoned M-1, by Arthur Michael (applicant and property owner) (CONTINUED TO 8/12/85). 4. Request to extend the permit deadline for the 800 room Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1333 Bayshore Highway from October, 1985 to May 1, 1986. 5. Review of previously approved permits: a. February 14, 1985 Special Permit for an afterschool daycare program at McKinley School sponsored by Peninsula Family YMCA. b. May 8, 1984 Special Permit for a sports therapy clinic at 888 Hinckley Road. C. February 6, 1984 Special Permit for Air Courier at 2-4 Adrian Court. d. March 22, 1983 Special Permit for a massage business at 1302 Bayshore Highway. e. January 16, 1984 Special Permit for TNT Skypak at 850 Mahler Road. Special Permit to allow a polygraph examiner school at 1209 Donnelly Avenue in Sub -Area A of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area which does not operate outside of normal retail hours as required (APN 029-152-320), zoned C-1, by Los Angeles Institute of Polygraph (applicant) with David Kimmel and Isaac Baumelgruen (property owners). 7. Special Permit to allow a balloon and gift shop at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by Casey Wulfert (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property owner). 8. Special Permit to convert an existing 10,000 SF building at 1722 Gilbreth Road from light industrial to office space (APN 024-403-420), zoned M-1, by Robert Brown (applicant and property owner).
