Special Permit to allow a dry cleaners pickup and delivery station in the shopping center at 1508 Adeline Drive (APN 026-011-030), zoned C-1, by Mohamad Azar and Morteza Akrami (applicants) with Marmora Terrell and Nancy Kurkjian (property owners). 3. Review of previously approved permits: A. January 9, 1984 Special Permit for security system classes at 810 Burlway Road. B. June 22, 1982 Special Permit for Alamo Rent-A-Car at 1755 Bayshore Highway. C. January 27, 1984 Special Permit for Action Dispatched Couriers at 819 Mitten Road. D. June 3, 1985 Master Sign Program for 1209-1217 Donnelly Avenue. VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 4. Special Permit to install an 11' wide satellite dish antenna on top of the house at 1920 Carmelita Avenue (APN 026-182- 250), zoned R-1, by Kurt Martensen for Joseph Karp (applicant and property owner). 5. Parking Variance to allow a 4,040 SF gym/exercise room addition at 1730 Rollins Road without increasing the number of on -site parking spaces (42 are required; 35 are provided) (APN 025-261-160 and 025-262-280), zoned M-1, by Arthur Michael (applicant and property owner).
