Variance to allow construction of an outside stair which will extend 1'-6" into the required 4' sideyard at 116 Central Avenue (APN 028-294-160), zoned R-1, by Richard and Katrina Lantos -Swett (applicants and property owners). 2. Variance to allow a 1,012 SF addition at three levels of a house at 708 Bayswater Avenue, adding two bedrooms and providing only one covered parking space (APN 029-272-160), zoned R-1, by Richard McGeary (architect) for Georgio Umili (applicant and property owner). 3. Review of the revised garage plan for the proposed 15 unit condominium at 30 Lorton Avenue (referred back to Planning Commission at the June 3, 1985 City Council meeting). 4. Special Permit for a dry cleaning service in the C-1 District and which is located at 1199 Broadway (APN 026- 192-220), by Jerry Manzanares and Jerry Kolodzik (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property owner). 5. Special Permit to allow a retail clothing store at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by Picasa Fashion Imports (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian (property owner) (hearing continued to July 8, 1985). 6. Special Permit to allow a dry cleaning operation in the C-1 District at 1887 El Camino Real (APN 025-122-010), by Jerry Kolodzik for American Pacific Equipment Company (applicant) with California First Sank (property owner). 7. Special Permit to allow a classic car storage, restoration and sales operation at 1369 North Carolan Avenue (APN 026- 121-050), zoned M-1, by Tony Leopardo (applicant) with The Huppe Trust (property owner). 8. Variance to allow a change of use of the building at 1369 North Carolan Avenue without providing the additional parking required (APN 026-121-050), zoned M-1, by Tony Leopardo (applicant) with The Huppe Trust (property owner). Special Permit to conduct gymnastics classes for children in a 6,000 SF portion of an existing office/warehouse at 1510 Rollins Road (APN 025-273-080), zoned M-1, by Kon Mironov for American Gymnastics Club (applicant) with Coen Company (property owner). 11. Request for one year extension of the July 3, 1984 Variance and Special Permit to allow construction of a piano classroom/studio at 824 Edgehill Drive. VI. ITEMS FOR STUDY 12.
