1. Minor Modification to allow a 932 SF addition including a
master bedroom to the home at 1132 Dufferin Avenue which
provides only one on -site parking space rather than two as
required by code (APN 025-231-090), zoned R-1, by Shiau-Mei
and Grace Chien Wu (applicants and property owners).

2. Special Permit amendment to allow an increase in the number
of employees and courier vehicles maintained at 865 Hinckley
Road (APN 026-321-210/310), zoned M-1, by DHL Courier
Services (applicant) with Gerhard Holder (property owner)
(CONTINUED FROM 5/28/85).
3. Special Permit to allow exercise and fitness classes in
Sub -Area B of the Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area at 1208
Donnelly Avenue (APN 029-151-130), zoned C-2, by Mithoo
Benner (applicant) with Judee Brasesco (lessor).
4. Master Sign Permit for signs at 840 Mahler Road (APN 026-
321-390), zoned M-1, by Blunk Associates (architect) for 840
Mahler Burlingame Associates (property owner).
5. Amendment of the 2/8/82 Special Permit for a deli to allow
outdoor seating in the front setback area at 840 Stanton
Road (APN 026-302-510), zoned M-1, by Ernest A. Siegel
(applicant and property owner).
6. Amendment of the 11/7/78 Special Permit for a racquetball
club at 1730 Rollins Road to allow the deli to be open to
the general public rather than just to private club members
(APN 025-262-280), zoned M-1, by Arthur Michael (applicant

7. Variance to allow construction of an outside stair which

10. Special Permit to allow a dry cleaning operation in the C-1
District at 1887 E1 Camino Real (APN 025-122-010), by Jerry

11. Special Permit to allow a classic car storage, restoration
and sales operation at 1369 North Carolan Avenue (APN 026-
