2. Condominium Permit to construct six units at 1437 E1 Camino
Real (APN 026-013-100), zoned R-3, by Manou Movassate
(property owner and applicant).
3. Variance to allow bay windows at the second and third floor
levels of the proposed condominium at 1437 E1 Camino Real to
extend one to two feet into the required side yard area (APN
025-013-100), zoned R-3, by Manou Movassate (property owner
and applicant).
4. Tentative Condominium Map for six units at 1437 E1 Camino
Real (Lot 11, Block 50, Easton Addition No. 4), by Dominion

5. Two Variances for a four unit apartment at 620 Peninsula

7. Special Permit to allow an office addition at 865 Hinckley
Road which will cause total office area to exceed 20% of the

16. Amendment of the 2/8/82 Special Permit for a deli to allow
outdoor seating in the front setback area at 840 Stanton Road

and property owner).
17. Amendment of the 11/7/78 Special Permit for a racquetball
club at 1730 Rollins Road to allow the deli to be open to the
general public rather than just to private club members (APN
