1. General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of
a portion of the property at 1221 Bayswater Avenue from
shopping and service commercial to high density residential
(APN 029-225-010/240, Lots 13 and 14, Block 8, Polo Field
Subdivision), by Bay Park Associates (applicant) with
William J. and Robert A. Gilmartin (property owners).
2. Rezone of a portion of the property at 1221 Bayswater Avenue
from C-1 (retail commercial) to R-4 (high density residen-
tial) (APN 029-225-010/240), Lots 13 and 14, Block 8, Polo
Field Subdivision), by Bay Park Associates (applicant) with
William J. and Robert A. Gilmartin (property owners).
3. Two Special Permits for a 120 unit/130 bed senior residen-
tial facility at 1221 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-225-010/
020/030/050/240), by Hardison, Komatsu, Ivelich & Tucker
(architects) and Bay Park Associates (applicant) with
William J. and Robert A. Gilmartin (property owners):
A. to allow a group residential facility.
B. to exceed 35' in height.
VI. PUBLIC FORUM
4. Public Forum to discuss concerns which should be addressed
in the Wastewater Master Plan EIR, by George S. Nolte and
Associates (consultant).
VII. ITEM FOR STUDY
5. Special Permit to allow conversion of a previously approved
560 SF carport to a workshop at 341 Occidental Avenue (APN
028-284-020), zoned R-1, by Anastasia Cole (property owner
and applicant).
