Special Permit for an 890 SF addition to the existing 320 SF detached garage at 155 Pepper Avenue (APN 028-263-040), zoned R-1, by Jack Kemp (architect) for Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lembi (applicants and property owners). 3. Master Sign Permit to establish a uniform sign program for two buildings at 1209-1217 Donnelly Avenue (APN 029-152- 320), zoned C-1, by Nancy Woods for David Kimmel (applicant and property owner). 4.
