1. Variance to allow an addition to the existing home at 1221 Cortez Avenue
that will maintain a 3'-0" side yard rather than the required 4'-0"
(APN 026-156-070), zoned R-1, by John Gibbons (owner and applicant).
2. Variance to allow a 617 SF addition to a home at 1009 Drake Avenue that
does not meet off-street parking or lot coverage requirements (APN 026-
185-040), zoned R-1, by Dean Rowell (owner and applicant).
3. Condominium Permit to construct a 6 unit project at 1008 E1 Camino Real
(APN 026-214-190), zoned R-3, by Robert Onorato (architect) and John and
Theresa Brosnan (applicants and owners).
4. Tentative Condominium Map for a 6 unit project at 1008 El Camino Real,
by Hugh Anton for John and Theresa Brosnan.
5. Extension of the November 24, 1980 Special Permit which allows a banking
facility and a temporary banking unit at 360 Primrose Road; extension to
March 15, 1982 (continued from August 24, 1981).
6. Review of the October 7, 1980 Special Permit approved for Gardner's 4-Wheel
Drive at 1745 Adrian Road.
7. Request for extension of the Tentative Map and Condominium Permit
approved on October 7, 1980 for 27 E1 Camino Real.
8. Final Condominium Map for an 18 unit project at 1500 Willow Avenue;
