Kelley (owner and applicant) (continued from 8/24/81). 3. Variance to permit a 1420 SF two-story addition to a home which does not have sufficient off-street parking at 1422 Paloma Avenue (APN 026-073-140), zoned R-1, by Philip J. Bona (architect and owner). 4.
