1. Special Permit to construct a 1033 SF garage/storage structure at the
rear of the lot at 728 Laurel Avenue (APN 029-062-100), zoned R-2, by Mr.
and Mrs. Donald Cory (owners and applicants).
2. Fence Exception to increase an.existing 6' sideyard fence between 740/744
Crossway Road (APN 029-051'-300), zoned R-1, to a new 8' height; by
Clifford Lindquist (applicant and resident at 740 Crossway Road) with
Darryl Smith (property owner)
3. Special Permit to construct a 627 SF two -car garage, which exceeds the
limitations of Code Sec. 25.60.010 for height and floor area, at 2129
Poppy Drive (APN 027-162-130), zoned R-1, by Patrick E. Kelley (owner
and applicant).

4. Special Permit to allow a car rental operation in the M-1 (light
industrial) district at 1328 Marsten Road (APN 026-134-110), zoned
M-1, by Art Tsukamoto and Joe Bommersback for Tropical Rent-A-Car.
5. Condominium Permit to construct a 15-unit condominium at 30 Lorton
Avenue (APN 020-241-240/250), zoned R-4, by William F. Heijn (architect)
for Brian Cassidy Construction Inc. (property owners).
6. Tentative Condominium and Parcel Map for 15 condominium units at 30 Lorton
Avenue, by Edward W. Baca (surveyor) for Brian Cassidy Construction Inc.

7. Extension of the November 24, 1980 Special Permit which allows a banking
facility and a temporary banking unit at 360 Primrose Road; extension to
March 15, 1982.

10. Amendment of the Special Permit granted on November 8, 1980 to allow
Chinese Bible Evangel, Inc. to have 5 on -site resident students rather
than the three previously requested and approved.

12. Submittal of Planner's recommendations on second story regulation,
to be discussed in detail at September 14, 1981 meeting.
