1. Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.050 to construct a drive -through carport with
support posts within 0'-1" of the side property line (rather than the
required 4'-0") at 1416 Edgehill Drive (APN 029-011-090), zoned R-1, by
Gail and Robert Molina (property owners).
2. Variance to construct a home which rises 1'-9" above the maximum height
permitted by Code Sec. 25.28.070 at 1857 Loyola Drive (APN 025-052-230),
zoned R-1, by John C. Lee (architect) for Peter Gong (property owner).
3. Special. Permit to construct a 330 SF storage/cabana structure at 1441 Drake
Avenue (APN 026-043-100), zoned R-1, by Bob Liedtke (contractor) for Sait
Kilki (applicant and property owner).
4. Condominium Permit to construct a 15 unit condominium at 30 Lorton Avenue
(APN 029-241-240/250), zoned R-4, by William F. Heijn (architect) for
Brian Cassidy Construction Inc. (property owners).
5. Tentative Condominium and Parcel Map for 15 condominium units at 30 Lorton

6. Sign Exception to erect a 42' high pole sign (rather than the 20' maximum

8. Special Permit to allow a car rental operation in the M-1 (light industrial)
district at 1328 Marsten Road (APN 026-134-110), zoned M-1, by Art Tsukamoto
and Joe Bommersback, for Tropical Rent-A-Car.
9. Special Permit to construct a 1033 SF garage/storage structure at the rear
of the lot at 728 Laurel Avenue (APN 029-062-100), zoned R-2, by Mr. and Mrs.
Donald Cory (owners and applicants).
