Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.050 to construct a drive -through carport with support posts within 0'-1" of the side property line (rather than the required 4'-0") at 1416 Edgehill Drive (APN 029-011-090), zoned R-1, by Gail and Robert Molina (property owners). 2. Variance to construct a home which rises 1'-9" above the maximum height permitted by Code Sec. 25.28.070 at 1857 Loyola Drive (APN 025-052-230), zoned R-1, by John C. Lee (architect) for Peter Gong (property owner). 3. Special. Permit to construct a 330 SF storage/cabana structure at 1441 Drake Avenue (APN 026-043-100), zoned R-1, by Bob Liedtke (contractor) for Sait Kilki (applicant and property owner). 4. Condominium Permit to construct a 15 unit condominium at 30 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-241-240/250), zoned R-4, by William F. Heijn (architect) for Brian Cassidy Construction Inc. (property owners). 5.
