Fence Exception to increase an existing 6' sideyard fence between 740/744 Crossway Road (APN 029-051-300), zoned R-1, to a new 9' height; by Clifford Lindquist (applicant and resident at 740 Crossway Road) with Darrell Smith (property owner) (continued from June 22, 1981). 3. Special Permit to construct a 1,637 SF accessory structure in the rear of the lot at 728-730 Laurel Avenue (APN 029-062-100), zoned R-2, by Donald E. & Gertrud B. Cory. 4. Extension of the Condominium Permit approved on July 14, 1980 for a 9 unit condominium at 616 Ansel Avenue. 5. Extension of the Condominium Permit approved by the City Council on July 21; 1980 for a 6 unit condominium at 119 Primrose Road. VII. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY 6. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.070 to remodel the existing nonconforming structure at 1288 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-070), zoned C-4, by Denise Johnson of American International Rent-A-Car. 7. Condominium Permit to construct a 6 unit project at 518 Almer Road (APN 029- 112-370), zoned R-3, by John I. Marston (property owner and applicant) with Robert E. Onorato (architect). S. Tentative Subdivision Map for 6 condominium units at 518 Almer Road, zoned R-3, by Hugh R. Anton for John I. Marston. 9. California Institute for Self Defense, 1214-A Donnelly Avenue (APN 029-151- 150): determination whether self defense classes are similar to those uses permitted in the C-1 District (Code Sec. 25.36.020) and unlikely to be obnoxious or detrimental to its immediate neighborhood. -2- VIII. OTHER BUSINESS 10. Amendment of current regulations, Burlingame Avenue Off -Street Parking District. 11. Review of the October 15, 1980 amendment granted to True Learning Center at 801 Howard Avenue to increase maximum school enrollment to 65 students during the 1980-1981 school year. IX.
