I. Special Permit to approve a 16'-6" high garage (recently constructed without
authorized plans) at 2409 Hillside Drive (APN 027-191-220), zoned R-1, by
Mr. and Mrs. J. Camilleri.
2. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.070 to add an 1,100 SF third floor to the
existing five unit apartment building at 836 E1 Camino Real (APN 029-012-
010), zoned R-3, by Ronald J. Bahn (applicant) with Mrs. Ines Bahn (property
owner) (Negative Declaration ND-295P posted June 9, 1981).
3. Condominium Conversion Permit for the existing 25,330 SF office/warehouse
at 1745 Adrian Road (APN 025-169-190), zoned M-1, by Robert Kent and Ward
Thomas (applicants and property owners) (Negative Declaration ND-292P
posted June 9, 1981).
4. Tentative Subdivision Map for the 18 unit industrial condominium at 1745
Adrian Road, zoned M-1, by Redmond Walsh for Robert Kent and Ward Thomas.
5. Special Permit to operate a car rental agency at 1300 Bayshore Highway
(APN 026-113-480), zoned C-4, by David Goldman, President of Executive
Rent-A-Car (applicant) with Ventures XVI (property owner) (Negative Declara-
tion ND-294P posted June 9, 1981).
6. Fence Exception to increase an existing 6' sideyard fence between 740/744
Crossway Road (APN 029-051-300) to a new 9' height; by Clifford Lindquist
(applicant and resident at 740 Crossway Road) with Darrell Smith (property
owner).
