1. Variance from Code Sec. 25.70.030 to add a third bedroom to an existing
house with only one on -site parking space (rather than the two required);
property at 401 Concord Way (APN 029-193-050), zoned R-1, by Norman and
Joan Hoglievina.
2. Tentative Parcel Map to combine Lot 28 and a 45' portion of Lot 27, Block 17,
Burlingame Grove (APN 026-096-090/100); property at 1221-1225 Capuchino
Avenue, zoned R-3, by Hugh R. Anton for El Camino Properties Limited
(continued from May 27, 1981).
3. Condominium Permit to construct Camino Gardens, a 9 unit project at 1225
Capuchino Avenue (APN 026-096-090/100), zoned R-3, by Robert E. Onorato

8. Condominium Permit to construct Burlingame Heights, a 10 unit project at

Road and 1008 Carolan Avenue) and designated for employee parking": report
of the Joint Subcommittee, Traffic, Safety & Parking Commission and
Planning Commission.
