1. Special Permit to establish a new savings and loan in a 950 SF office at
1310 Howard Avenue (APN 029-203-060), zoned C-1, b!✓ R. E. "Bill" Saleme of
Bay View Federal.Savings & Loan Association (applicant) with Ventures XVIII
(property owner) (ND-285P posted April 15, 1981).
2. Variance from Code Sec. 25.42.055 to construct a 16' wide by 140' long canopy
over the service yard adjacent to the Marquee Building of the Hyatt Hotel,
with columns within 15' of Bayshore Highway (and edge of canopy 10' from
back edge of sidewalk); property at 1333 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-112-120),
zoned M-1, by Buzz Bryan of Bryan Architects & Associates with Rick Sarmiento,
General Manager of the Hyatt Burlingame (ND-286P posted April 15, 1981).
3. Condominium Permit to construct a 16 unit, 21,300 SF office condominium at
345 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-151-100), zoned C-2, by Tony Carrasco of D. L.
Walker Architectural Services (applicant) with Frank E. Lembi, et al. (property
owner) (ND-284P posted April 15, 1981).
4. Tentative Subdivision Map for 16 condominium units at 345 Lorton Avenue,
zoned C-2, by Sandis and Associates for Frank E. Lembi, et al.
5. Final Subdivision.Map for 12 condominium units at 1056 El Camino Real (APN
026-214-240/320), zoned R-3, by Louis Arata for Joseph W. Bronzini.
6. Tentative Subdivision Map for 12 condominium units at 733-737 Fairfield Road
(APN 029-041-060/070/080): requested extension of May 5, 1980 Council approval.

8. Review of April 21, 1980 special permit to allow Call -A -Car Rental Company
to operate a rent -a -car agency and separate auto servicing/detailing company
at 1470 Bayshore Highway.

9. April 20, 1981 Council hearings:
- Variance to construct an 8,100 SF church at 701 Fairfield Road without
on -site parking.
- Amendment of 1979 Special Permit conditions that 44 on -site employee parking
spaces be provided at 1007 Rollins Road/1008 Carolan Avenue by Mike Harvey
Oldsmobile.
