1. Election of Officers for 1981-1982.
2. Variances from Code Sec. 25.50.080 and 25.70.030a to add a 487 SF second
floor to the existing nonconforming home at 1640 Carmelita Avenue (APN 026-
162-140), zoned R-1, by John and Lynne Higgs.
3. Specific Area Plan - Burlingame Bayfront: Commission Resolution No. 1-81.

4. Special Permit to establish a new savings and loan in a 950 SF office at
1310 Howard Avenue (APN 029-203-060), zoned C-1, by R. E. "Bill" Saleme of

5. Variance from Code Sec. 25.42.055 to construct a 1.6' wide by 140' long canopy
