Amendment of November 24, 1980 Special Permit to allow Excursions in Learning to operate an infant/toddler program (rather than a training program for handicapped children) at Roosevelt School (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Kristen Santin (applicant) with the Burlingame School District (property owner) .
