1. Special Permit to construct a 21,300 SF office building in the Burlingame
Avenue Off -Street Parking District at 345 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-151-100),
zoned C-1, by Tony Carrasco of D. L. Walker Architectural Services (applicant)
with Frank E. Lembi, et al (property owner) (ND-274P posted January 13, 1981).
2. Special Permit to construct an 1,800 SF penthouse (with a roof height of
40'-5") on the proposed office building at 345 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-151-100),
zoned C-1, by Tony Carrasco of D. L. Walker Architectural Services (applicant)
with Frank E. Lembi, et al (property owner) (ND-274P).
3. Special Permit to operate a coffee shop in the M-1 District at 866 Malcolm
Road (APN 024-403-400/410 and 026-301-310/320), by Lee L. Fong (applicant)
with B-S-K Associates (property owner) (ND-273P posted January 13, 1981).
4. Special Permit to install 2 gasoline pumps at 777 Airport Boulevard (portion
of APN 026-344-010/020), zoned C-4, by Arthur Hansen, Director of Construction
with C. B. Day Realty of California (applicant) and Anza Shareholders'
Liquidating Trust (property owner) (ND-271P posted January 13, 1981).
5. Tentative and Final Parcel Map to resubdivide Lot 29, Block 38, Mills Estate
No. 13 (APN 025-071-290) into 3 parcels; property at 2720 Mariposa Drive (with
the new lots at 1811 and 1815 Montecito Way), zoned R-1, by Wilsey & Ham for
the Episcopal Church of the Ascension (ND-275E posted January 15, 1981).
6. Fence Exception to construct a 12' high chain link fence along a 46' long section
of the northeasterly side property line at 1427-1433 Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-
201-070), zoned C-1, by Dr. D. B. Busch (applicant and property owner).

7. Violation of employee parking requirements by Arata Honda, 1016 Carolan Avenue,
