Appeal under Municipal Code Sec. 18.08.050 from Uniform Building Code Sec. 1602a (1976 Edition) which prohibits Type V construction in the temporary banking unit for the Pacific Union Bank and Trust Company, 360 Primrose Road (APN 029-151-220), by Roger Nye, President and Chief Executive Officer. 3.
