1. Variance from Code Sec. 25.70.030(i) to construct a 6,575 SF commercial
building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220) with 8 on -site parking spaces
(rather than the required 17 spaces); property zoned C-1, by Garbis S.
Bezdjian (applicant and property owner) (ND-269P posted November 25, 1980).
2. Condominium Permit to construct a 4 unit project at 1119 Chula Vista Avenue
(APN 026-192-050), zoned R-3, by Barry G. Smith of D. L. Walker Construction
for Mildred Butler (property owner) with Ron Vernali of Janus Builders, Inc.
(developer) (ND-268P posted November 25, 1980).
3. Tentative Subdivision Map for 4 condominium units at 1119 Chula Vista
Avenue, zoned R-3, by Sandis and Associates for Janus Builders, Inc.
4. Condominium Permit to construct a 6 unit project at 1277 El Camino Real
(APN 026-151-030), zoned R-3, by William Heijn, AIA for Manuchehr Dai-Javad

5. Tentative Subdivision Map for 6 condominium units at 1277 E1 Camino Real,

6. Revocation of Special Permit approved May 14, 1979 to allow Munkdale Bros.,
Inc. to use 3.4 acres under the PG&E lines behind 1576-1700 Rollins Road
to store cars, recreation vehicles and boats (amended March 10, 1980 to
store and grow plant materials) (continued from November 24, 1980).
7. Sign Exception to install a 51 SF wall sign, 4 awning signs and one 2' wide
set of graphic stripes the length of the Myrtle Road frontage of the
property at 927 Howard Avenue (APN 029-235-010), zoned C-2, by David J.
Mani of DatsonVille.
8. Tentative and Final Parcel Map, being a resubdivision of a portion of
Lots A and B, Block 6, Burlingame Terrace (APN 029-012-060); property at
841 Fairfield Road, zoned R-1, by William A. Bartlett for Stephen and
