Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.010 to replace a 670 SF garage and patio shelter with a 684 SF carport and storage room (lot coverage will be 45.6%); Special Permit from Code Sec. 25.60.010 to allow an accessory building with more than 500 SF; property at 125 Channing Road (APN 029-282-080), zoned R-1, by Miguel Polchowski (continued from October 29, 1980). 2. Special Permit to operate a restaurant in the M-1 District at 819 Mitten Road (APN 024-403-360), by Sarkis Kullukian of "Cafe Express" (applicant) with B-S-K Associates (property owner) (Negative Declaration ND-259P posted October 16, 1980) (continued from October 29, 1980). 3. Special Permit to allow Excursions in Learning to operate a training program for handicapped children at Roosevelt School (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Kristen Santin (applicant) with the Burlingame School District (property owner) (Negative Declaration ND-262P posted October 30, 1980). 4. Special Permit to construct a 127,000 SF office building in the C-4 District at 700 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-342-050/060/070/100/280) by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group for Intertelephon N.V. (applicant) and William J. Purdy, Jr. (property owner). 7. Variance to construct the Intertelephon project with 339 on -site parking spaces (rather than the 423 spaces required by Code Sec. 25.70.030i) by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group (applicant) and William J. Purdy, Jr. (property owner). 8. Appeal (under Code Sec. 18.08.050) from Municipal Code Sec. 18.16.070 which prohibits the use of armored cable as a "raceway" in the single family home at 109 Channing Road (APN 029-282-120) by Cecilia and Johnny Fong (property owners). -2- VI. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY 9. Special Permit to construct an 8,100 SF church in the R-3 District at 701 Fairfield Road (APN 029-041-120), by Rector John T. Special Permit to allow a portion of the roof of the new church at 701 Fairfield Road to be 47' above street grade (with a bell tower of 69') by Rector John T. Cahoon of Christ Church. 11. Variance to construct the new church at 701 Fairfield Road without on -site parking (rather than the 47 spaces required by Code Sec. 25.70.030) by Rector John T. Cahoon of Christ Church. 12. Special Permit to establish a 6,000 SF bank at 360 Primrose Road (APN 029- 151-220), zoned C-1, by Roger Nye of Pacific Union Bank (applicant) with Robert Batinovich of Glenco Three (property owner). 13. Special Permit to operate a medical clinic in the M-1 District at 839 Hinckley Road (APN 026-321-510) by Terry Smith of Industrial Medical Services (applicant) with Dohemann Financial Corporation and Bank of America NTSA. 14.
