building with more than 500 SF; property at 125 Channing Road (APN 029-
282-080), zoned R-1, by Miguel Polchowski (continued from October 15, 1980).
2. Draft Environmental Impact Report, EIR-53P, for the proposed Intertelephon
Office Development at 700 Airport Boulevard, prepared by Torrey & Torrey
