Special Permit to allow the Chinese Bible Evangel, Inc. to operate a church and bible college at Hoover School (APN 027-271-090), zoned R-1, by Sen Wong, Director and Pastor of Chinese Bible Evangel, Inc. (applicant) with the Burlingame School District (property owner) (ND-257P posted September 29, 1980). 2. Special Permit to allow the Hoover Children's Center to operate a pre-school program at Hoover School (APN 027-271-090), zoned R-1, by Marjorie A. McCarthy (applicant) with the Burlingame School District (property owner) (ND-258P posted September 29, 1980). 3. Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.010 to replace a 670 SF garage and patio shelter with a 684 SF carport and storage room (lot coverage will be 45.6%); Special Permit from Code Sec. 25.60.010 to allow an accessory building with more than 500 SF; property at 125 Channing Road (APN 029- 282-080), zoned R-1, by Miguel Polchowski. Amendment of October 2, 1978 Special Permit to allow True Learning Center, Inc. to increase Its present enrollment by 10 students to a maximum enroll- ment of 65; property at 801 Howard Avenue (APN 029-271-200), zoned R-1 and R-3, by Larry Krusemark. 5. Amendment of September 8, 1980 Variance requirement that two easterly bedroom windows be reduced "to less than half that shown on the applicant's plans, and . . . the sill level (raised) to 4'-3" above the floor line (rather than the proposed 2'-0")"; property at 1380 Alvarado Avenue (APN 027-194-140), zoned R-1, by Phil Taurian. 6. Review of March 10, 1980 Special Permit to allow DHL Corporation to operate a courier service in the M-1 District at 865 Hinckley Road (APN 026-321- 210/310) (continued from September 22, 1980). VII. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY 7. Draft Environmental Impact Report, EIR-53P, for the proposed Intertelephon Office Development at 700 Airport Boulevard, prepared by Torrey & Torrey Inc. for the City of Burlingame. -2- 8. Special Permit to construct a 130,000 SF office building in the C-4 District at 700 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-342-050/060/070/100/280) by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group for Intertelephon N.V. (applicant) with William J. Purdy, Jr. (property owner). 9. Special Permit to construct an office building which encroaches 20' into a Design Guideline setback; property at 700 Airport Boulevard, by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group for Intertelephon N.V. 10. Variance to construct a 130,000 SF office building with 347 on -site parking spaces (rather than the 433 spaces required by Code Sec. 25.70.030); property at 700 Airport Boulevard, by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group for Intertelephon N.U. 11. Special Permit to establish a 1200 SF savings and loan office at 1801 E1 Camino Real (portion of APN 025-122-090), zoned C-1, by John W.
