1. Variances from Code Sec. 25.50.080 and 25.70.030 to add a second floor bed-
room and bathroom to an existing single family home with non -conforming side
setback and off-street parking; property at 1380 Alvarado Avenue (APN 027-194-140),
zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Phil Taurian.
2. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.070 to install a hot tub within a lanai that
connects the house at 1440 Columbus Avenue (APN 027-165-180) to a detached
garage (in violation of the 4' separation requirement); property zoned R-1,
by Mr. Frank Holub.
3. Final Parcel Map to combine portions of Lots 4,6 and 7, Block 4, Burlingame
Land Company (APN 029-133-040/050); property at 1125-1133 Douglas Avenue,
zoned R-4, by Michael D. Ashley for Far Western Capital Corportion.
4. Final Subdivision Map for Camino Gables, a 21 unit.condominium project at 735
