Amendment of two November 27, 1978 Variance conditions to allow Curley - Bates Company to sublease 14,000 SF of warehouse space to Cort Furniture Rental; property at 860 Stanton Road (APN 026-302-440), zoned M-1, by William R. Benevento of Curley -Bates Company (ND-234P posted April 1, 1980). 2. Sign Exception to remove the existing Airport Marina roof sign and replace it with a smaller 512 SF "Amfac Hotel" roof sign, 97' above grade; Sign Exception to change copy on a 100 SF wall sign 87' above grade; Sign Exception to change copy on a 25'-6" pole sign with 266 SF of signage. Breakfast meeting and field trip, Saturday, April 12 to review 1978-79 projects and discuss 1980 priorities. VIII. CITY PLANNER REPORT 20. Sign Exceptions for 16 SF logos at the fourth floor level, 433 Airport Boulevard and 533 Airport Boulevard: April 7, 1980 Council hearing on the appeal by Anza Investors. 21.
