1. Condominium Permit for 16 Lorton Place, a six unit townhouse at 16 Lorton
Avenue (APN 029-241-220), zoned R-4, by D. L. Walker Architectural Services
for Thomas J. Glynn, owner (ND-227P posted February 14, 1980).
2. Tentative Subdivision Map for 6 townhouses at 16 Lorton Avenue, zoned R-4,
by Sandis and Associates for Thomas J. Glynn.
3. Special Permit to operate a snack bar in the M-1 District at 851 Burlway
Road (APN 026-112-130), by John Douveas of La Petite Cafe (applicant) with
Jesse D. Yohanan of Westates Management (property owner) (ND-228P posted
February 14, 1980).
4. Sign Exception to allow the existing Neufeld Porsche Audi, Inc. pole sign
