1. Special Permit to operate an auto service center with body shop and related
auto rental and leasing at 824-826 Cowan Road (APN 024-390-210), zoned M-1,
by Gilbert Alcala of Alcala Chevrolet (ND-226P posted January 17, 1980).
2. Special Permit to operate a sandwich deli in the M-1 District at 1530 Rollins
Road (APN 025-272-120), by Ted D. Ajluni (applicant) with Rollins Road
Industrial Enterprises (property owner) (ND-20GP posted March 13, 1979).
3. Sign Exceptions for a 30' high pole sign and 32' high ground sign with 209 SF
of copy at 1016 Carolan Avenue (portion of APN 026-240-280), zoned M-1,
by Forrest Lee of Bell Electrical Signs for Arata Honda.
4. Tentative Parcel Map to amend the original boundary between Lots 5 and 6,

9. Mission Trails Charter Service, Inc.: expiration of January 23, 1978 Special
Permit that allowed the storage and service of ten buses at 390 Lang Road.
10. City Council meeting January 9, 1980: three variances to allow a 6-unit
addition that will join two separate, adjacent apartment buildings into
one structure at 1104/1106 E1 Camino Real; public use of alleys in the
Easton Addition.
