1. Special Permit to construct a 10,800 SF office building in the C-4 District
at 411 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-290), by Raiser Architectural Group
for the Communications Workers of America (PJD-225P posted January 3, 1980).
2. Fence Exception to allow a 6' fence in the front setback at 1049 E1 Camino
Real (APN 026-165-030), zoned R-3, by Mr. Azkanaz E. Mackitarian.

3. Requested amendment of September 28, 1977 Special Permit condition requiring
a wash rack to be installed and operating at 1530 Gilbreth Road by
