I. Condominium Permit to construct a 14 unit condominium at 1056 E1 Camino Real
(APN 026-214-240/320), zoned R-3, by Leland Ashby & Associates, AIA for
Joseph W. Bronzini (property owner) (ND-222P posted September 13, 1979)

2. Tentative Subdivision Map for 14 condominium units at 1056 El Camino Real,
zoned R-3, by Louis Arata for Joseph W. Bronzini (continued from September 24,
1979) .
3. Special Permit to pave and store rental cars on a 0.69 acre site immediately
west of Trans Rent-A-Car property at 1755 Bayshore Highway; proposed site
is an unsubdivided portion of the Sky Chefs' property at 810 Malcolm Road
(portion of APN 024-403-270), zoned M-1, by Barry Rafter, architect with
Trans Rent-A-Car (applicants) with Sky Chefs, Inc. (property owner) (ND-219P

4. Review of June 19, 1978 Special Permit to allow Trans Rent-A-Car to operate

6. Sign Exception for one wall sign with 195 SF of signage above the fifth
floor level of the Anza Corporate Center, property at 533 Airport Boulevard

7. Sign Exception for one logo with 16 SF of signage above the fifth floor
level of the 'Kee Joon's' building, and an extension of the 1973 sign

(property owner).
11. Amendment of October 2, 1978 Special Permit to allow True Learning Center,
Inc. to increase their present enrollment by 15 students to a maximum
total enrollment of 55; property at 801 Howard Avenue (APN 029-271-200),
zoned R-1 and R-3, by Larry Krusemark.
