1. September 5, 1979 letter from Charles G. Mayo, Americar Rental System,
1530 Gilbreth Road: request for a 30 day extension of 9/28/77 special permit
condition that a wash rack be installed by September, 1979.
VI. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY
2. Condominium Permit to construct a 14 unit condominium at 1056 E1 Camino Real
(APN 026-214-240/320), zoned R-3, by Leland Ashby & Associates, AIA for
Joseph W. Bronzini (property owner).
3. Special Permit to conduct reading classes one evening each week at Franklin
Primary School, 2385 Trousdale Drive (APN 025-130-050), by Lois Stein of the
Institute of Reading Development (applicant) with the Burlingame Elementary
School District (property owner).
4. Special Permit to install and operate a 550 gallon diesel fuel tank in the
California Teachers Association Credit Union parking lot at 1825 Magnolia
Avenue (APN 025-121-170), zoned C-3, by Hugh Page of the CTA Credit Union
(applicant and property owner).
