Special Permit to allow the parapet height of the Holiday Inn to reach 161'-7" above curb grade; property at 600 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-361-200/210), zoned C-4, by Raiser Architec- tural Group with Holiday Inns, Inc. (applicants) and Burlingame Bay Limited (property owner). 3. Special Permit to allow a Floor Area Ratio of 1.93 for the new Holiday Inn at 600 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-361-200/210), zoned C-4, by Raiser Architectural Group with Holiday Inns, Inc. (applicants) and Burlingame Bay Limited (property owner). 4. Variance from Code Sec. 25,66.050 to construct an 8'-6" by 30'-0" storage shed on the side property line adjacent to 2325 Ray Drive; property at 2329 Ray Drive (APN 025-182-360) zoned R-1, by Sergio Bruni. S. Variance from Code Sec. 25.62.040 to extend the existing garage at 1920 Devereux Drive (APN 025-212-250) 3' forward, to within 12'-7" of the front property line; property zoned R-1, by Gregory and Lynda Gomes. 6 Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.050 and 25,50.080 to add a third bedroom and bathroom to within 7' of the rear property line, along the same plane as the two original bedrooms; property at 900 Linden Avenue (APN 026-251-200), zoned R-1, by Stan and Cindy Mackewicz. 7. C.A.School of Real Estate's proposed classes at 1450 Broadway (APN 026-096-160): determination whether the school is similar to those uses permitted in the C-1 District (Code Sec. 22.36.020) and unlikely to be obnoxious or detrimental -to its immediate neighborhood OND-216P posted July 10, 1979) (continued from July 23, 1979). 8. VI. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY 9. Special Permit to allow a rumpus room or hobby room with refrig- erator, sink and fireplace in a detached accessory building; property at 792 Willborough Place (APN 029-053-470), zoned R-1, by John M. Ward. 10. Special Permit to operate a Montessori Pre -School for children 2.9 to 6 years of age at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension, 2720 Mariposa Drive (APN 025.-071-290), zoned R-1, by Adriana Lonzarich and June Wisecarver (applicants) with the Church of the Ascension (property owner). 11. Special Permit to operate an equipment and truck rental business at 1337 Marsten Road (APN 026-133-010), zoned M-1, by Patrick Smith of Millbrae Rents (applicant) with Oscar F. Person (property owner). 12.
