1. Special Permit to construct an office project in the Burlingame Avenue Off -Street
Parking District at 360 Primrose Road (APN 029-151-220), zoned C-1, by David
John Rivera with Mark A. Coffey of Annco Properties Inc. (applicant) with
James and Neda Mosunich (property owner) (ND-21OP posted 6/13/79) (continued
from June 25, 1979).
2. Amendment of July 24, 1978 Special Permit to allow the' sale of wine and beer
at Royal Racquet Club, 1718 Rollins Road (APN 025-262--040/050/060/070), zoned
M-1, by George R. Corey for Arthur Zanello, ADG Corporation.

Annco Properties Inc. requesting a 37' height be allowed.
13. Proposed use of a consent calendar for minor Planning Commission items:

14. Lot 1, Mills Canyon Court: Council denial of Showki K. Jadallah's request that
he be allowed to exceed the 18' height limit and construct a two story house
on this property.
