I. Special Permit to construct an office project in the Burlingame Avenue Off -
Street Parking District at 1440 Chapin Avenue (APN 029-121-300/310/320),
zoned C-1, by Mark A. Coffey of Annco Properties Inc. (applicant) with
Carl F. Roepke (property owner) (ND-209P posted 5/17/79) (continued from
June 11, 1979).
2. Special Permit to construct an office project in the Burlingame Avenue Off -
Street Parking District at 360 Primrose Road (APN 029-151-220), zoned C-1,
