1. Special Permit for retail sales of religious books and church materials at
1635 Adrian Road (APN 025-261-030), zoned M-1, by Mr. Bert Holcomb of Cokesbury,
a division of United Methodist Publishing House (applicant) with Mr. Folke
Ohlsson (property owner) (ND-201P posted April 11, 19713).
2. Special Permit to operate an auto detailing shop at 12-44 Rollins Road (now
Nerli Lane) (portion of APN 026-134-100), zoned M-1, by Mr. Robert LaBonar of
Burlingame. Auto Detailing (applicant) with Bank of America, NT&SA (trustee for
the Kathleen Dore property) (ND-202P posted April 11, 1979).
3. Condominium Permit for a 6-unit townhouse project at 1008 El Camino Real (APN 026-
214-190), zoned R-3, by Onorato Associates, Inc. for John and Theresa Brosnan
(property owner) (ND-203P posted April 11, 1979).
4. Tentative Subdivision Map for 6 condominium units at 1008 E1 Camino Real by

5. Special Permit to use 3.4 acres of land under the PG&E lines behind 1576-1700
Rollins Road for the storage of cars, recreational vehicles and boats; access

6. Variance from Code Sec. 25.42.070 (which requires 10% landscaping) to develop
the above 3.4 acres with paving and fencing but no landscaping, by Munkdale
Brothers Inc. (applicant) with Waikiki Development Co. Inc. (property owner).
7. Final Parcel Map, being a merger of Lots 23, 24 and a portion of Lots 1, 2 and
3 (APN 028-131-010/020/030), by Martin M. Ron Associates for Zev and Nava
Ben -Simon.
