I. Variance from Code Sec. 25.28.020 to park a boat and trailer in the front
setback at 2909 Arguello Drive (APN 025-293-110), zoned R-1, by Joseph C. Dees.
2. Special Permit to operate training programs and "business presentations" of
Dynique International cosmetic products in the M-1 District at 875 Mahler Road
(APN 026-322-180), by Dan and Norma Silva dba Dynique of San Francisco
(applicant) with Harvard Investment Co., Inc. (property, owner) (ND-199P posted
March 13, 1979) (continued from March 26, 1979).
3. Sign Exception to allow a 5' x 20' ground sign to be installed at the E1 Camino
Real and Plaza Lane entrance to the Burlingame Plaza Shopping Center, zoned
C-1, by Steve J. Musich with the Burlingame Plaza Owners' Association.

for the Kathleen Dore property).
6. Condominium Permit for a 6-unit townhouse project at 1008 E1 Camino Real
(APN 026-214-190), zoned R-3, by Onorato Associates, Inc. for John and Theresa
Brosnan (property owner).
7. Tentative Subdivision Map for 6 condominium units at 1008 E1 Camino Real by
William A. Bartlett for John and Theresa Brosnan.
8. Special Permit to use 3.4 acres of land under the PG&E lines behind 1576-1700
Rollins Road for the storage of cars, recreational vehicles and boats; access
to the site (APN 025-261-110) via 1614 Rollins Road; property zoned M-1, by
Munkdale Brothers Inca (applicant) with Waikiki Development Co. Inc. (property
owner).
9. Variance from Code Sec. 25.42.070 (which requires 10% landscaping) to develop
the above 3.4 acres with paving and fencing but no landscaping, by Munkdale
