Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.080 to add a family room to the existing house at 701 Winchester Drive (APN 029-073-140) which has a nonconforming 6'-2" side setback; variance from Code Sec. 25.62.050 to construct the new family room 6'-11" behind the side property line adjacent to Oak Grove Avenue; property zoned R-1, by Michael and Margaret Potter. 3.
