1. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.080 to add 620 SF to a house with a nonconforming
side yard, 231 Victoria Road (APN 029-264-070), zoned R-1, by Buzz Brown.
2. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.080 to add a family room to the existing house
at 701 Winchester Drive (APN 029-073-140) which has a nonconforming 6'-2" side
setback; variance from Code Sec. 25.62.050 to construct the new family room
6'-11" behind the side property line adjacent to Oak Grove Avenue; property
zoned R-1, by Michael and Margaret Potter.
3. Special Permit to construct the SeaBreeze Plaza, a 106,000 SF office building
in the C-4 District; 35 Bayview Place (APN 026-342-090) by Joseph Kent for
Raiser Architectural Group (applicant) with San Mateo Square Investors
(property owner) (ND-195P posted March 13, 1979).
4. Special Permit to construct a 6,100 SF office building in the M-1 District,
and pave a 23,000 SF area to the rear of the building for the storage of 150+
rental cars; property at 855 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-190), by Thomas Leonardini

5. Special Permit to operate a car rental agency in the M-1 District at 875 Mahler
