Appeal from the Building Code requirement that an existing non -conforming stairway be corrected, as a condition of the building permit for a proposed second floor bathroom; by Mr. Sukhjit Chahal, owner of 1040 Cortez Avenue (APN 026-165-210), zoned R-1. 2. Resolution No. 1-79 Recommending Environmental Impact Report EIR-50P for the reclassification to the R-3 District of those R-1 portions of property at 911/915/927 E1 Camino Real. 3. Reclassification of a portion of Lots 2 and 3, and all of Lot 23, Burlingame Subdivision No. 5 (portion of APN 028-131-010/020/030) from the R-1 to R-3 District, by Zev and Nava Ben -Simon (continued from February 8, 1979). 4. Tentative Parcel Map, being a merger of Lots 22, 23 and 24 and a portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3 (APN 028-131-010/020/030/250), by Martin M. Special Permit to construct the SeaBreeze Plaza, a 106,000 SF office building in the C-4 District; 35 Bayview Place (APN 026-342-090) by Joseph Kent for Raiser Architectural Group (applicant) with San Mateo Square Investors (property owner). 7. The "Primrose Land", a ballroom dancing facility in a nightclub atmosphere, 1340 Howard Avenue (APN 029-203-070): determination whether the dance hall with its live bands and disco music are similar to those uses permitted in the C-1 District (Code Sec. 25.36.020) and unlikely to be obnoxious or detrimental to the neighborhood in which the Primrose Land would be located. 8. Special Permit to construct a 6,100 SF office building in the M-1 District, and pave a 23,000 SF area to the rear of the building for the storage of 150+ rental cars; property at 855 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-190), by Thomas Leonardini of American International Rent-A-Car (applicant) with Vorelco of California (property owner). -2- 9. Special Permit to operate a car rental agency in the 11-1 District at 875 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-180), by James Crampsey of Agency Rent-A-Car (applicant) with Harvard Investment. Co. Inc. (property owner). 10. Special Permit to operate training programs and "business presentations" of Dynique International cosmetic products in the M-1 District at 875 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-180), by Dan and Norma Silva dba Dynique of San Francisco (applicant) with Harvard Investment Co. Inc. (property owner). 11. Special Permit to operate a sandwich deli in the M-1 District at 1530 Rollins Road (APN 025-272-120), by Constantine Tsavalas for Dino's Deli (applicant) with Rollins Road Industrial Enterprises (property owner). 12.
