1. Draft Environmental Impact Report, EIR-51E, for the Wastewater Reclamation
Project, prepared by Earth Metrics Incorporated for thE! City of Burlingame.
2. Special Permit to add 1,482 SF of office and parts storage space to the building
at 200 California Drive (APN 029-213-040), zoned C-2 and within the Burlingame
Avenue Area Off -Street Parking District, by David James Arata of Arata Pontiac
(applicant) with M. L. Bowling (property owner) (ND-196P posted February 14,
1979).
3. Sign Exception for one 20' high illuminated pole sign with 98 SF per face by
Bell Electrical Signs for the Frog Pond Hot Tub and Sauna Club and Paige
Rent-A-Car, 1300/1302 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-113-480), zoned C-4.
4. Tentative and Final Parcel Map, being a resubdivision of Lots 35, 36 and 37,
Block 9, Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 5 (APN 025-272-120) at 1530 Rollins
Road, zoned M-1, by H. G. Hickey for Winston Management: and Investment Company,
Inc. (applicant) with Rollins Road Industrial Enterprises (property owner).
5. Final Subdivision Map for the Redwood Crest, 27 condominium units at 1435 Bellevue
Avenue (APN 029-121-060/070/080), zoned R-4, by William A. Bartlett for
Fir -Fed Service Corporation.
6. Home Savings and Loan, 1188 E1 Camino Real (APN 026-212-270): review of plans
filed in compliance with 11/27/78 Special Permit Condition 9, "that the
location and design of the temporary modular building to be placed on this
property (to conform with State banking requirements) be subject to review
and approval by the City".
7. Little Lambs Day Care Center, 100 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-231-170): 2/27/78
Special Permit was approved with condition that the use be reviewed in one
year.
7a. Final Subdivision Map, Bellevue Condominiums at 1210 Bellevue Avenue.
