1. Variance from Code Sec. 25.50.080 to enlarge an existing bedroom in the house
at 1801 Loyola Drive (APN 025-052-070), which has a rear yard smaller than the
15' minimum required by code, zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bishop.
2. Special Permit to operate an automotive repair shop in the M-1 District, 1049
Broadway (APN 026-233-010), by Garbis S. Bezdjian of The Dip Stick (applicant)
with Donald D. Tateosian (property owner) (ND-186P posted November 14, 1978)

3. Condominium Conversion Permit for the Floribunda Condominiums, an 8-unit project
at 1210 Floribunda Avenue (APN 029-131-210), zoned R-3, by Gerald E. Kunz
(ND-188P posted December 19, 1978).
4. Tentative Subdivision Map for 8 condominium units at 1210 Floribunda Avenue
(APN 029-131-210), by James F. Carroll & Associates for Gerald E. Kunz.
5. Special Permit to sell used cars in the M-1 District, 1315 Rollins Road (APN 026-

6. Health Spa, 226 Lorton Avenue: determination whether the proposed health spa
is similar to those uses permitted in the C-1 District (Code Sec. 25.36.020)
and unlikely to be obnoxious or detrimental to the neighborhood in which it
would be located.
7. Fence Exception to construct a 6' high fence in a portion of the front setback,
which is at the side of the house at 1601 Howard Avenue (APN 028-293-010), zoned

8. Special Permit to pave and fence one acre in the M-1 District at 840 Cowan Road

rental cars and employee vehicles for the Dollar Rent-A-Car agency at 1815
Bayshore Highway; Phase Two may be the development of it 22 acre auto rental/
sales/leasing facility; by Steve Rondon of Dollar Rent--A-Car of San Francisco,
Inc. (applicant) with Caruso Enterprises, Inc. (property owner).
9. Special Permit to operate the Crown Coffee Shop at 875 Mahler Road (APN 026-322-
180), zoned M-1, by Jon Flood (applicant) with Harvard Investment Co. Inc.
(property owner).

10. Special Permit to operate the Burlingame Executive Center Snack Bar at 1818

12. Special Permit to allow the 7-Eleven Store at 975 Rollins Road (APN 026-251-340)
to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; zoned R-3, by David C. Carr

13. Draft Environmental Impact Report, EIR-51E, for the Wastewater Reclamation
